marble kitchen copper pot and macarons

I just want to take an entire post to say how much I love Instagram.  I was a little late to the game, as it was launched in 2010, which coincided with the the peak of the insanity of early child rearing years.  In 2011, I had 3 kids under 4, so those years are a foggy haze with absolutely no awareness of what was going on in the outside world.  When I finally regained consciousness and caught on a couple years ago, I was blown away by the amount of creativity and beauty available on the screen of a phone.  It’s such an amazing concept, to be able to peek into the daily work of inspiring people all over the world.

The Instagram community is also extremely supportive and our new virtual friends have provided all kinds of helpful feedback.   I’ve literally gotten tears in my eyes from some of the kind and thoughtful words people throw out there.

My goal was to put together a list of the most inspiring people to follow, but we really wouldn’t be able to narrow it down to less than a couple hundred without leaving people out.  That could take a while, so I’ll leave it for another day.

For now, here are some of our posts on Instagram that never made it over here to the blog.
